Designed for demanding applications where grease lubrication is impossible or noise is extremely sensitive, WOTLON® AW series Provides an innovative material solution:

Under dry friction conditions, WOTLON® AW series material friction coefficient (COF) is much lower than that of traditional metal materials, effectively reducing the movement resistance and achieving smoother start-up and operation.
✔ Excellent self-lubricating properties
WOTLON® AW series The unique composition inside the material allows it to form a lubricating film on the sliding contact surface without relying on external grease. It completely solves the problem of grease pollution and is perfectly suitable for high-cleanliness, sterile environments, and occasions where grease adsorption of dust should be avoided.

Real working condition simulation test:
According to the actual application of the counter-friction material (copper, steel, aluminum, engineering plastics, etc.), the friction conditions can be reproduced in the Water laboratory.
Provide key design parameters:
Dynamic/static friction coefficient data under different load/speed combinations;
Wear rate quantification report and Pressure-velocity (PV) Critical value determination;
Temperature rise trend analysis.
Identify potential failure risks:
Accurately determine the performance boundaries of the material under extreme conditions, such as pressure-velocity (PV) limits and temperature thresholds, to help prevent potential failure points in the design phase.
