2025: Persistence and Breakthroughs
2025 was a crucial year for the successful conclusion of the 14th Five-Year Plan and the layout of the 15th Five-Year Plan blueprint. It was also a year when WOTE adhered to high-quality development and made steady progress. Facing a complex external environment and industrial cycle fluctuations, we have always adhered to the vision of "Leading Supplier" actively explored new fields and tracks. Centering on the construction of a special polymer material platform, we have achieved solid results in various undertakings.
Capacity Landing and Comprehensive Technological Breakthroughs
Added 20,000 tons of LCP synthetic resin capacity and 1,000 tons of PAEK synthetic resin capacity, realizing independent control of the entire PEEK industrial chain from "polymerization - modification - profile processing";
Steady growth in shipments of core products such as LCP, PPA, PPS, and PEEK; full-scale mass production of multi-route products including high-temperature nylon, transparent nylon, bio-based nylon, and nylon elastomers;
Successful commissioning of thermosetting carbon fiber composite material production lines, with products applied in UAVs, electronics, robots and other fields.
Strategic Layout and Global Business Expansion
In 2025, WOTE completed the acquisition of Valqua Sealing Products (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. Integrating Shanghai WOTE Huaben Semiconductor Technology Co., Ltd. and Zhejiang Kesai New Materials Technology Co., Ltd., we built a globally leading fluoromaterial platform in terms of technology and capacity. Through a complete layout of profiles and film products, we achieved service coverage for high-end manufacturing industries such as semiconductors, nuclear energy, and special cables. We continuously strengthened R&D and innovation of high-end sealing products, accelerated the construction of WOTE's special polymer material platform and global business layout, and provided key support for the upgrading of the high-end equipment manufacturing industry.
ESG Leadership: Responsibility and Growth Go Hand in Hand
Actively responded to the "green manufacturing" and "dual carbon" goals, promoted environmental protection technological transformation and clean production, took the lead in practicing ESG concepts in the industry, and released ESG reports for three consecutive years;
Awarded the "Excellent Practice Case of Sustainable Development" by the China Association of Listed Companies for two consecutive years;
Selected into Shenzhen's first batch of "Typical Cases of ESG Practice Pioneer Enterprises";
Rated Wind ESG Grade A.

Listed in the "Top 100 Shenzhen Industry Leading Enterprises" and "Top 500 Shenzhen Enterprises" for six consecutive years;
