On the morning of February 9th, the seventh session of the Seventh Shenzhen Municipal People's Congress opened at the Citizens' Center auditorium. Shenzhen Mayor Qin Weizhong delivered the government work report on behalf of the municipal government, officially marking Shenzhen's entry into the "Two Sessions period."
