On the afternoon of March 25th, Jiang Jianjun, Deputy Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Vice Chairman of the Shenzhen Municipal Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), led a research team to visit Wote Co., Ltd. for an investigation and research. The purpose was to understand the strategic emerging industries and the CPPCC Proposal Committee's work in talent cultivation, proposal key points, and event organization. Wu Dinghai, Director of the Shenzhen Municipal CPPCC Proposal Committee, accompanied the research team and presided over the meeting. Wu Xian, Chairman of Wote Co., Ltd., member of the Shenzhen Municipal CPPCC, Vice Director of the Proposal Committee, and President of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Strategic Emerging Industries Association, led the team in receiving the research group.
The research team first visited the Wote Co., Ltd. exhibition hall. Chairman Wu Xian extended a warm welcome to Vice Chairman Jiang Jianjun and other leaders and gave a comprehensive report on Wote's development history, business operations, product development and innovation, and strategic development plan. He detailed the excellent performance of Wote's products in the fields of 5.5G/6G, low-altitude economy, robotics, semiconductors, and smart homes. Subsequently, he introduced the development and operation of the Strategic Emerging Industries Association and the Proposal Committee member's workstation.
Vice Chairman Jiang Jianjun fully affirmed Wote's deep cultivation in the field of special polymer materials, its leadership in industry development, and its achievements. He also engaged in in-depth exchanges on the company's product technology innovation and future prospects. He expressed high praise for Wote's service to national strategies, its solution of national "stuck neck" problems, and its continuous promotion of industrial development. He also hoped that Wote would continue to innovate and promote high-quality development of the enterprise. Afterwards, the research team held a discussion and exchange meeting. Director Wu Dinghai presided over the first director's meeting and convener's meeting of the Proposal Committee in 2025, conveying and studying the spirit of the national Two Sessions, reporting the work key points of the CPPCC Proposal Committee's branch party group in 2025, and introducing the work plans of the various groups by their respective conveners.
Vice Chairman Jiang Jianjun stated at the meeting that the CPPCC proposal work should prioritize high-quality development. High-quality proposals should be insightful and concern the overall situation, and should be put forward around various aspects of economic and social development. After many years of accumulation, various working mechanisms such as “1+3+n” have been formed. Proposal work should be done in accordance with these mechanisms. The member workstations should further empower themselves and become excellent examples at the provincial and national levels. The role of members should be played, their opinions should be listened to, and their suggestions should be put into effect. Members' ideas should be incorporated into the work of the specialized committees. At the same time, exchange activities should be strengthened, situations in various aspects of the economy and society should be explored, and the quality of proposals should be improved.
The attendees exchanged views on the work of the member workstations, offering valuable opinions on aspects such as the needs of event organization, the necessity of training and improvement, and working mechanisms.
