On the morning of May 24th, Pan Yajun, Deputy Secretary of the Dongtai Municipal Party Committee and Secretary of the Party Working Committee of the Development Zone, and a delegation visited Wote Group for inspection and discussion. Wu Xian, Chairman of Walter Group and Chairman of Shenzhen Zhanxin Association, led a team to receive the inspection team. Both sides have conducted in-depth exchanges on strengthening urban linkage and cooperation, achieving collaborative innovation and development of new industries in the Greater Bay Area and the Yangtze River Delta.
The inspection team first visited the exhibition hall of Walter Group, and had a detailed understanding of Walter's development history, strategic development layout, product innovation, and application in fields such as 5G communication, drones, medical health, and smart home.
Secretary Pan Yajun introduced the basic situation of Dongtai City. Dongtai is located in the forefront of opening up, at the major strategic intersection of the "the Belt and Road", the Yangtze River Delta integration, and high-quality coastal development. The scale of the four leading industries of new materials, high-end equipment, electronic information, and general health exceeded 100 billion yuan. Secretary Pan affirmed the contribution made by the Walter East Taiwan Base to the local economic construction, talent cultivation, and leading industry transformation and development in East Taiwan. He stated that Shenzhen is the forefront of national reform and opening up, with close connections and extensive cooperation between Dongtai and Shenzhen. He hopes that more high-quality enterprises like Walter can choose Dongtai and take root in Dongtai, deepen linkage and cooperation, and assist in the synergy of the Yangtze River Delta industrial chain and supply chain, jointly serving the development of new industries.

The first-class business environment in Dongtai has provided strong guarantees for the development of the enterprise. As the enterprise representative of Shenzhen and Dongtai, Walter has focused on the technological breakthrough of special polymer materials for more than 20 years, and has undertaken many national, provincial and municipal key technology research projects. The LCP material for 5G is the first in China and the world leader. In 2021, Jiangsu Wote was selected as a "one-stop" demonstration unit for high-speed connectors by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China, and is one of the only two polymer material enterprises. Walter will also continue to provide key materials for the industrial chain and continuously contribute new value to economic development.
